Jenny now lives in Meath with a small spaniel and a fine family who did a lot of reading and preparation for her arrival.
Quiet as a mouse, her name has now been changed to Whispa, and we are delighted this 7 yr old lady has found a new life.

With an odd crook in her tail from perhaps an old break, Jenny is a 7 year old medium/large greyhound.
Left in the pound to be put to sleep, she and her son Tango were taken out at the last
minute so they might have a new lease on life.
Jenny is a quiet and reserved girl who loves attention but does not demand it from you.
She gets along with all the dogs, but lets them know when they are invading her space a bit, so she is not the type of dog who
is easily pushed around by more dominant ones.
Right now, Jenny is a somewhat solitary dog, and loves her comforts.
With a choice of going outside with the other dogs or the comforts of her bed, she usually prefers the bed.
She might be making up for lost time, however, since she arrived in somewhat poor condition and with evidence of having slept on
hard surfaces for a long time.
Jenny is excellent in the car and on the leash, and in general very well behaved.
She would be a good model for a younger dog to follow, and as well be a good companion for an older dog.
She has yet to be spayed and checked with children and small dogs.
She will make a lovely, quiet, biddable pet.
