Tiger
Tiger is a 3 year old leggy medium sized boy.
He was someone's only racing dog and generally treated like a pet.
He is a happy, cooperative and well-socialised dog, easy-going and not demanding.
Tiger travels very well but does pull on the leash a bit, so he is working on that right now.
He also is working on gaining a little weight and improving his coat, which is glossy and otherwise healthy, though very thin on his thighs. He is particularly amused by squeaky toys and has been seen tossing them in the air and chasing them.
He has not yet been exposed to cats.
Tiger is otherwise a very nice all-around dog, would make a very good first greyhound for someone, and perhaps even a very good first dog.
Update...
Tiger has blossomed into a dignified gentleman who does occasionally love to tear around the field a few times - and then lie quietly in the sunshine for the rest of his time outside.
Friendly, happy, good with other dogs, Tiger has gained weight and developed a lovely glossy coat.
He is still a bit strong on the leash but that is being worked on, and he is excellent in the car, even with greyhounds he has never met before.
Tiger has finally gone to his new home with a new mum Julie.
Having got to know her before he left Tiger adores Julie, not looking back as he left the Orchard Greyhound Sanctuary, looking forward to his new life.
