Lady
This very pretty and relaxed girl was found straying in a nearby county and ended up in their pound. Turning 3 in May, Lady fit right in here from the first day. One of the more retiring sort of greyhounds here, she loves to run and play with the others, but is always the first to go lie down in a quiet space. She is very well behaved in the house in all ways, and gets along with all the other dogs. Particularly good on the leash and excellent in the car, Lady is so named because she simply is just that: a real "lady".
Lady and her Orchard Greyhound Sanctuary friend Lois have been adopted by Nigel, who visited them on many occasions, getting to know them so when the day came for
them to leave it was a natural progression for them to jump in his car and go to their new home together.
