Fiona & Bridie
This little darling has to be the smallest greyhound ever taken in here at OGS.
Two and a half years old, tiny Fiona was removed from a premises by a county dog warden, where she was in poor condition and poor circumstances.
She arrived here confused and frightened of her own shadow, and it has taken months to get her to the point where she will shyly approach strangers, give them a lick, and dart away.....though the sight of a leash (she loves walkies) helps the shyness to take a back seat!
She gets on very well indeed with other dogs here, and loves to chase and be chased.
Very good in the car and on the leash, Fiona was recently taken for a walk in a nearby village and was impressively calm and well behaved.
Fiona and her OGS friend Bridie were adopted together.
They have quickly settled down to a comfortable new life.
