Emmy
Tiny Emmy is just a baby, and will be two years old in December. She arrived here a quivering mess from another rescue, where she had been bitten by two other dogs, and then confined for almost two weeks. Here, she has slowly come out of her shell and has turned out to be a little imp, thieving everything and anything from shelves, the table, where ever! This trait is common in young greyhounds and she will grow out of it (thank God) in the coming weeks and months....one just needs to be careful where one places things like their mobile phone, eyeglasses, and most of all, FOOD!
Emmy is an affectionate, intelligent little girl who learned very quickly how to mix with 7 other dogs who are mostly larger and more rambunctious than her. She already knows her name and is b-e-g-i-n-n-i-n-g to learn about not grabbing things from the kitchen table and worktop. Housetrained, very good on the leash, and quite biddable, Emmy is undoubtedly a little darling waiting for the right home.
