Conor
Conor is some sort of whippet cross, and he was here for only a week before being whisked away to Jersey, where Alyson at Whippet and Greyhound Rescue there has since found him a home.
I received a phone call from the local police and the organisers of a large country fair that someone GAVE a "greyhound" to the children of one of the exhibitors: "hey, kids, would you like to have a dog?" The children said yes, the parents were not amused, and I was asked to please take this "greyhound"...who turned out to be half the size of a greyhound, and a slightly older dog.
During the week he was here, Conor was deflead, wormed, vaxed, bathed, neutered and in the midst of it all was a quiet and well behaved little gentleman.
He now lives with a retired woman and will never have a worry for the rest of his life.
