Amy
Amy arrived here i early November with Coco, also from the same rescue, though she had only been taken in two weeks earlier. She was found in very poor condition, with her bones protruding and a tail that would not stop bleeding as well as an extreme case of worms that wore her down quite a bit and resulted in an extreme case of the runs! After a week of being here she has come on in leaps and bounds, and now has quite improved energy, a tail well on its way to healing and thankfully no more digestive problems! Amy is still a bit raggedy looking but will progress in the coming weeks. She is a lovely girl with a soft personality, very eager for attention but not insisting on it. She gets along with the other dogs here and is excellent on the leash and in the car. She still shows signs of being hungry all the time, and so is protective of her food, but this is mostly habit due to her past experience, and soon enough it will fade. Amy so far looks like she will make a great companion, and because she has had a positive influence on the more rambunctious dogs here, she would especially suit anyone with a dog who needs a model to follow.
Now living with an Irish couple.
