Amos
Amos is an elderly greyhound cross, well in his teens. He was removed from a home in Ireland with 5 greyhounds, with reports they had not been getting fed. He was in very poor condition and low spirits. Amos was offered a permanent home at Tailends in the UK, which specializes in taking in very elderly and poorly greyhounds, as well as those who are terminally ill. Amos spent a week at one rescue immediately after being removed, and then 10 days at Orchard, where he gained some strength for his long journey to the UK. Amos has been found to have profound oral problems related to cancer, and you can read his compelling story at www.tailends.co.uk Amos could not possibly have been more fortunate in the sunset of his life to go and live for the rest of his days at Tailends. Profound gratitude to Angela Hogan and her great heart.
